Rolls stayed together nicely while eating and did not fall apart, nice tight packing! Fast service and wasabi that did not kill you on the first sample. One hour before closing they had a table for us and we sat down and we're waited on by a very helpful waitress that had great suggestions for us to try. Two sushi rolls and 4 beers for 60 bucks, not bad at all! ”

I can honestly say it's some of the best I've ever had. The fish was incredibly fresh and melted in your mouth, and the presentation was exquisite, like edible works of art, their Five eyes is a must try no excuses. The Spicy Salmon Nigiri was a standout, and the Chicken Karage was cooked to absolute perfection. Mitsu Sweet Cafe and Sushi is a true gem. I would absolutely drive back to Moose Jaw just for the opportunity to dine here again. ”
